Terms of Service

Welcome to Elda Botanica. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept things as simple and human as possible — please reach out if you have any questions.

1. New Zealand Sales Only

We currently ship within Aotearoa, New Zealand. Orders placed for international delivery will not be processed.

2. Payment

All prices are in NZD. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout.

3. Shipping

We do our best to pack and send your order within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking once it’s on its way. Please allow for seasonal delays or rural delivery times.

4. Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with your order or you do not receive the products you expected, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

If there’s an issue with your item, for example, it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll offer a replacement where possible or a refund if the issue can’t be resolved.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

We do not accept returns for change of mind due to the handmade and personal-use nature of our products.

While some of our offerings are designed for ritual, energetic, or mindset support, we do not claim to offer medical treatment or guarantee specific outcomes. Any magical or manifesting results are deeply personal and not guaranteed.

Always read ingredient lists carefully and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical care, consult a healthcare professional before use.
