Meet the maker

I’m Brooke - mother, maker, and the hands and heart behind Elda Botanica.

This little apothecary was born from a desire to reconnect: with myself, with nature, and with the deeper rhythms of life after becoming a parent. Returning to a conventional job never felt right, but returning to the plants did.

What started as a curious dive into herbalism and energy work over 3 years ago has grown into a practice of honouring my own cycles, reconnecting with nature, and creating with intention. I’m endlessly fascinated by the wisdom of the plants, not just their physical benefits, but their subtle energetics, their stories, and their spirit.

Elda Botanica is my way to live in rhythm with the seasons, continuing to learn, and sharing the magic of the natural world. Each product is crafted with care, soul, and respect, they are a small offering to help you slow down and bring little rituals of plant magic into your day.

I live in Taranaki with my husband, our two beautiful kids, and a very fluffy labradoodle.
