Refund Policy

We want you to love your Elda Botanica products. If something’s gone wrong with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you’ve received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@eldabotanica.co.nz. We may request a photo of the issue to help us understand what went wrong.

Whenever possible, we’ll offer a replacement or resend the correct item. If the issue can’t be resolved to your satisfaction, we’ll happily refund the purchase price paid.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. 

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
